Kept putting out weird combinations, and no pepperoni, sausage, cheese, Canadian bacon, etc. All things like pepperoni and olive, sausage and onion, etc. A buffet is not when you get creative. Stick to the basics you have know people will eat. When we asked for just a pepperoni, the manager said "we will do the best we can. They're in the rotation." As they put out a sausage and jalapeño.
